Leaking shut-off valve repaired at source

During a stacked washer and dryer installation, a leaking shut-off valve was found before it could cause hidden water damage beneath the flooring. Rather than replacing the assembly, the internal valve mechanism was stripped and repaired at source — removing the leak, protecting the floor structure, and avoiding a return trip to source spare parts.

A Level 2 charger installed for a downtown homeowner with double-car parking, delivered within 60 minutes. The circuit is identified back to the panel schedule and the parking stall left clean.
